distant location glass bathroom
The staff seemed happy enough to be there. I guess that is something.
The location required what seemed like a trek across bridges. my room lacked decent lighting. Getting dressed seemed like a guessing game in the dark. also the glass bathroom wall situation? why would anyone want that lack of privacy?

the hotel room was clean and the bed was comfy i guess.
the location was annoying it was not close to public transport. walking around seemed like a waste and a pain.

uncomfortable temperature intuitive control
the friendly staff met my expectations.
the room was uncomfortably hot. i tried using the thermostat to lower the temperature, but it quickly returned to 21c. the controls were not intuitive either.

I stayed in a Large room it featured a nice view of the harbour. The room included a very comfortable bed the silence in the room was great. I found the lobby area very pleasant.
The room lacked a bit of functional lighting.

great hotel experience
interior designs comfortable bed fresh breakfast
the hotel features interesting interior. designs, it has comfortable beds, and has friendly staff. amazing fresh breakfast. the location feels quiet, and it is just a short walk to Nyhavn, the harbour ferry, and street food. i like the convenient proximity to several restaurants.
my room was a bit uncomfortably hot, also it got stuffy at night. i could not solve this, even after getting help with the thermostat to lower the temperature. controls are not intuitive, and the temperature quickly returned to a HIGHER value.

the room i stayed in had a garden view, peaceful. the bed was large and comfortable, assuring good rest. i found a variety of amenities, with ample storage space.

the staff was cute, very helpful, and responded quickly to requests. check-in was quick. i did not have to wait, and they gave all necessary information about the hotel. their attitude created a cute environment.

the hotel location is superb, it is close to major attractions and public transportation. it made exploring the city very easy. i discovered many dining options nearby. accessing cultural sites was very convenient.

fantastic hotel with great service
metro access friendly staff quirky hotel standard layout
I found it easy to reach the hotel from the airport by metro with only a carry-on. i chose to check my bags through to my final destination. the staff were friendly. i enjoyed how different and quirky this hotel felt. It didn't feel like any other hotel with standard layout and furnishings.
the beetroot latte was ok but not my favorite. it could be a little better.

I dined at tiger lily restaurant. The food was amazing!!! breakfast featured an excellent buffet. the open kitchen added to the experience. there was a super great selection.
